Following the painful demise of top Nollywood actress Moji Olaiya in Canada, her body will soon arrive home for a befitting burial.
It could be recalled that the movie thespian passed away on Thursday, May 18, in an undisclosed hospital in Canada just two months after she delivered her second baby girl.
Ever since the news of her demise hit the internet, many of her colleagues still find it hard to believe that she is no more. Even at that, her colleagues have come out to honor her in many ways. Such was the case of actress Toyin Aimakhu and Ronke Oshodi-Oke.
Late Moji Olaiya
These two actresses paid tribute to their late colleague at their movie premieres as they stepped out with swollen eyes and no makeup on their faces.. This shows that Moji is definitely a big loss to the movie industry.
Following the payment of $15,000 (about N6 million) by former governor of Lagos state and APC chieftain, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu the remains of Moji Olaiya was brought back home.
Confirming where she would be buried, her colleague and the Press Secretary of late Moji’s burial committee, Yomi Fabiyi took to his Instagram handle to reveal that she would be buried at the Ebony Vault, Ikoyi Cemetery, Lagos.
